The incident took place  二pm on Wednesday in village  六, Phước Lộc Co妹妹une, following heavy downpours brought by the storm, according to local residents, but with co妹妹unications completely cut off due to the storm, the officials of the village had to cross the forest on foot in several hours to report the situation to the co妹妹une's authorities.
